In this 1968 musical-fantasy film a down-on-his-luck inventor turns a broken-down Grand Prix car into a fancy vehicle for his children, and then they go off on a magical fantasy adventure to save their grandfather in a far-off land.

The Child Catcher works for the Baron and Baroness Bomburst in the town of Vulgeria. Since the Baron wants toys solely for himself, the Baron employs the child catcher to catch children and put them in some underground grotto in the city.
