The box was fine. It had a bit damaged on the corner sides, but the point is I was very much excited to mess around with this figure and as soon as you try to spread his legs and try to move him around unfortunately, the bottom piece broke. You could try to put it back together, but it doesn’t work.
Did not receive Mego DC wave 13 penguin figure as pictured and promised. Received Mego 50th anniversary penguin figure instead. There is a tremendous difference style and value. Very disappointing.

OK, This was a bit of an impulse purchase on my part. I did not have the poster that this is based on, but the sculpt is spot on and intrigued me. I was unsure if there was any cloth clothing on the figure (there is not, which was disappointing). I think the figure could have been improved with a cloth, faux fur vest. I was also disappointed at the pose-ability. Basically only the arms move up and down, no elbows, knees, nothing. The magnet that holds the arms to the torso are also weak to the point of the left side arm not staying horizontal when posed. The figure is very well painted, and again, looks wonderful, however its basically a well painted, 3D printed statue. Still for nostalgia, and the overall look, I'll hang on to it.
