At ZLC Collectibles, every order is packed by hand with care — the same way we’d want our own collectibles shipped. Over time, the cost of shipping carriers, boxes, and protective packing materials has continued to rise. After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to update our flat-rate shipping to $7.99 per order.This change allows us to continue using proper boxes and protective materials and to take the extra time needed to make sure each collectible arrives safely. Shipping prices are never increased lightly, and this update is strictly to help cover rising material and carrier costs — not to cut corners.We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued support of ZLC Collectibles. What is Flat Rate Shipping?

If you choose our Flat Rate Shipping, your order will ship for $7.99 no matter the size. Your order could be 1 item or 10 items and it will still be $7.99! does not include insurance.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Flat Rate Shipping + Insurance ($9.99): Add insurance for $4 more. This protects your order against loss, theft, or damage.
UPS or USPS Priority Mail: These methods automatically include insurance.

What’s the difference between non-insured and insured shipping?

Flat Rate (No Insurance – $7.99): Lowest cost, but packages are not covered if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Flat Rate + Insurance ($9.99): Same flat rate service, but with full coverage for loss, theft, or damage.
UPS or Priority Mail: Includes built-in insurance, plus faster delivery.

Do I need insurance?

While optional, we highly recommend insured shipping for peace of mind—especially for rare, limited, or high-value collectibles.

Do You Ship to Canada?

Yes we offer multiple shipping options to ship to Canada. Please note orders will be held if they cannot ship in full, we cannot split an order that includes in-stock and pre-orders. If you would like your order to ship asap we recommend you place separate orders for in-stock or pre-orders.

How fast can I get my order?

If you choose our Flat Rate Shipping, your package may take up to 3-7 business days to arrive.
If you choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, your package may take up to 4 business days to arrive.
If you choose Overnight Shipping, your package should arrive in 2 business day. (1-2 days processing)
If you choose International Delivery, your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive

How will my order by shipped?

All orders within the United States ship Fedex, UPS or USPS.

When will I receive my order?

We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
