SHIPPING FAQ

Your shipping cost is calculated by your order's weight and delivery destination, so you're only ever paying what it actually costs to ship. You'll see the exact rate at checkout before you commit — no flat fees, no guessing, no surprises.

We do not currently offer additional insurance. For the best protection, we recommend selecting UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at checkout — both include carrier insurance by default (Priority Mail covers up to $100).

We strongly recommend choosing UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail if you want built-in carrier insurance coverage. UPS Ground and UPS Air both include full carrier insurance, and USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 in coverage. All other shipping services — including USPS First Class and Ground Advantage — include no insurance, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping method.

Yes we offer multiple shipping options to ship to Canada. Please note orders will be held if they cannot ship in full, we cannot split an order that includes in-stock and pre-orders. If you would like your order to ship asap we recommend you place separate orders for in-stock or pre-orders.

• If you choose UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, your package may take up to 4 business days to arrive.
• If you choose Overnight Shipping, your package should arrive in 2 business day. (1-2 days processing) 
• If you choose International Delivery, your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive

All orders within the United States ship Fedex, UPS or USPS.

We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
